Managed services provider Digital Space has unveiled its new supply chain service, Tech Space.

Tech Space aims to transform how Digital Space customers purchase IT equipment through the MSP, managing end-to-end customer requirements from sustainable disposal and recycling of legacy hardware to delivery of new equipment.

The new service promises reduced waiting times for customers procuring new hardware for ensured business productivity and security. Digital Space has appointed Sarah Lambert-Gibbs (pictured) as head of supply chain tower to lead the division, utilising her previous experience in distribution and key vendor partnerships.

“Tech Space aims to not only achieve an effective service but to ensure that the end-to-end customer journey is as easy and seamless as possible, taking away any hassle for the customer,” Lambert-Gibbs commented.

“Our Expert and Gold partnerships with leading world-class vendors also mean that service users will receive the best equipment on the market, whilst also benefitting from competitive prices. In doing so, we can ensure we are best-placed to support customers no matter where they are on their digital journey.”

Born from managed services provider Timico, Digital Space announced its transformation into a cloud-first provider in June this year following multiple acquisitions of cloud practices including Arcus Cloud Services.
