Part of the Druva Compass Partner Programme, this new programme aims to empower MSPs and accelerate their customers’ cloud transformation. It will bring partners a SaaS-based delivery model offering a zero-touch onboarding experience and no infrastructure to maintain, Druva said, allowing MSPs to accelerate customers’ cloud journeys whilst improving sales cycles, time to revenue and maintaining high recurring margins.
Robert Brower (pictured), senior VP of global partners and alliances at Druva said that customers are moving to the cloud at ‘breakneck pace’, and that MSPs are an important resource in guiding organisations successfully through the transition.
“At Druva, we have a cloud-first mentality whereby we ensure our partners have the tools to succeed, and have developed a multi-tenant SaaS solution tailored to their needs, cutting out time-consuming processes of managing hardware and streamlining the entire deployment,” he said.
The purpose-built console will allow for customisable plans, detailed visibility into storage consumption across customer accounts, and review of customer health in real-time, Druva said in a statement announcing the new programme.
Matt Bratilen, managing partner at Net-Tech said that the Managed Service Center has been a ‘game changer’ for the business and has improved time to revenue dramatically, whilst Nick Barron, chief technology officer at Harbor Solutions highlighted the benefits of a simplified sales and onboarding process allowing for more support and value delivered to customers rather than having to focus on the backend.
