This inaugural Investors in People award for South West company follows the single largest investment in training it made in its 22 year history, when it created its own Business School, designed to develop its managers of the future by promoting from within. The first four graduates had to complete a total of eight full days training, focusing on self, team, customer service, performance, budgets, profit/loss, and understanding of business finance.
