Giacom launches new self-service portal with Vodafone

Giacom has announced the launch of the Cloud Market for Vodafone Business portal, which allows Giacom’s Vodafone partners to navigate customer onboarding, service provisioning, and manage existing Vodafone mobile services.

Cloud Market for Vodafone Business has been developed by Giacom to offer a comprehensive partner journey. The portal can be used to generate quotes, create and dispatch contracts, as well as facilitating connections with Vodafone.

Partners can support their customers with a range of in-life management features including options to adjust services, apply discounts, add or remove bolt-ons, re-sign contracts and perform SIM swaps.

The Cloud Market for Vodafone Business portal also introduces productivity enhancements that look to automate labour-intensive and repetitive manual processes. This has been achieved by a seamless integration with Vodafone's mobile management systems, delivering a reduction in order processing times.
