In an effort to improve the functionality, reliability and features of its phone system; the firm began investigating a migrating to a Linux based Asterisk VoIP phone system.

The phone system has worked without any unplanned downtime for 6 years. “help4IT are experts across Linux and Asterisk phone systems and they were instrumental in solving a serious issue which could have had a major impact on our business,” comments Rodger.
