Inform Billing achieves ISO9001 and ISO27001 certifications

Inform Billing has announced it has gained ISO9001 and ISO27001 certifications.

The company said these certifications illustrate its commitment to delivering high-quality services and ensuring robust information security practices.

ISO9001 is an internationally recognised quality management standard that demonstrates an organisation’s dedication to meeting customer expectations and continuously improving its processes. ISO27001 is a globally recognised standard for information security management systems.

Shaun Bodsworth, managing director, Inform Billing, said, “Our team has worked diligently to attain the ISO9001 and ISO27001 certifications and we are thrilled to have achieved this significant milestone.

“These certifications demonstrate our commitment to providing our clients with reliable, secure and top-tier services while maintaining a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement.”

The ISO certification process involves a comprehensive evaluation of an organisation’s processes, policies and systems to ensure they meet the requirements set forth by the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO).

Inform Billing said it remains “dedicated to upholding these certifications” and “continuously enhancing its operations” to provide best-in-class billing solutions.
