Jabra and Nimans highlight UC headset opportunity

Nimans and Jabra are helping resellers take a bigger bite out of the headset market, highlighting how an ‘ocean of opportunity’ will see UC sales sizzle by 36% over the next three years.

High profile Jabra personnel including President for EMEA & CALA Joel Hamon and Managing Director (EMEA North), Nigel Dunn, converged on Nimans’ Manchester headquarters for a special insight training day – that included a free burger lunch for staff.

The event showcased how Jabra and Nimans are ideally positioned to help resellers capture a larger slice of the burgeoning UC arena – based on world leading technologies that address a ‘customer service paradox’ through new ways of working.

Nigel Dunn emphasised how Nimans has become one of the ‘best headset distributors in Europe’ as he outlined how the Unified Communications market will accelerate by 36% by 2022 according to company research.

He pointed out how Jabra is 150 years old this year and boasts many world firsts – such as developing the first Bluetooth headset and ultra noise-cancelling microphone - as it continues to push the boundaries of technology.

The audience heard how Jabra’s high audio performance can help resolve a ‘customer service paradox’ where 80% of companies think they deliver great service but only 8% of their customers actually endorse that.

Nigel also highlighted how Jabra’s new flagship Engage series is the world’s most powerful professional DECT headset and the most secure and advanced wireless headset too. He said all Jabra devices, including portable conferencing innovations, combine exceptional value with the highest performance.
