The company has a new and improved Partner Portal, which will make it quicker and easier to buy services from Nasstar Channel and deliver them to customers. Nasstar added that services will be further refined over the coming months, with Nasstar Channel committed to developing engagement and enablement strategies that will extend the reach and potential of Nasstar’s channel partners.
This follows Nasstar completing its acquisition of the ICT services business of KCOM in August. Nasstar is now one of the largest independent providers of transformative technologies in the UK, with over 1,200 employees.
Dave Hawkins, head of sales for Nasstar Channel (pictured), explained, “Now the acquisition is complete, we wanted to turn our attention to our partners. To do this, we’ve broken the channel away from the rest of the business to focus on what our partners really need. We are investing heavily in our technology, boosting automation and innovation.
“With a rapidly evolving portfolio of solutions and services and are striving to become a single source of partner solutions for the channel. We’re also removing the complexity, making it easy to do business with us, providing our partners with the tools, training and expert guidance to maximise their potential and add value for their customers.”
Nasstar Channel remains part of the Nasstar Group family, but this “unique brand identity” aims to “remove the complexity and spell it out in black and white”.
Hawkins added, “In a constantly evolving marketplace, customers are making the journey from legacy to new technology and are at various stages in their transformation. It’s complex and they need strategic advice and solutions to help get them there. We have the technologies and services customers need and with access to all the major vendors, we are offering best-in-class features, functionality, and expertise born out of decades of experience.”
