The decision to introduce the Avaya IP Office into the portfolio complements our existing leading edge brands and becomes a key aspect to Nessco’s growth strategy.
According to Austin Davidson, Director at Nessco, “Rocom is the only company to offer all the essential pre and post-sale support we were looking for.” After engaging with Rocom, Nessco have under-taken a ‘fast-track’ Accreditation Program and are striving to achieve Silver Accreditation Status in the early part of 2009 – all through training provided by Rocom. “The willingness of Rocom to provide workshops in close proximity to our sales teams and to provide training and support to the region was particularly impressive”, commented Mr Davidson.
Nessco are keen to offer full support for Avaya IP Office from day one so they have engaged with Rocom’s white-labelled commissioning and maintenance division, Servassure, to offer an installation solution in areas where Nessco engineers are not in a position to offer support. Nessco engineers are currently receiving training and will very quickly be up to full speed to offer all services in all areas of the UK very soon.
The specialist marketing and design services that Rocom offers resellers were also important to Nessco. Nessco has already benefited from branded materials designed by Rocom and they are currently considering several further projects.
