That’s what the company says and they go on to add, ‘Sipcom gives resellers the power to transform business communications across Britain.’
The company, which was launched last week, believes its new approach to IP telephony roll-out will reap rewards for channel partners and their customers.
“It’s win-win,” said business development director Mark Saunders. “We will actively support our channel partners to ensure they enjoy meaningful returns at no risk – and the end users get better, cheaper telecoms.”
Sipcom offers ongoing assistance to its channel partners so they can concentrate on generating new sales and business growth. It doesn’t have a direct sales team, eliminating conflicts of interest.
“Sipcom is dedicated to working with channel partners,” explained Saunders, who previously led the successful development of Gamma Telecom’s reseller channel.
All our systems, processes and personnel have been designed and recruited with channel partners in mind. Thanks to investment in leading-edge technology, Sipcom’s IP telephony will set workforces free. Staff can communicate as though they were at their desk – wherever they happen to be. Everything from conference calls to unified messaging is provided from a centralised network, which makes the Sipcom solution straightforward to install.
It’s all about quality, reliability and flexibility. We cut through the hype and under-performance of so many providers to offer the easiest access to the best IP telephony.
It almost sells itself. Channel partners will receive full training and marketing support, to include fully brandable case studies, presentations and brochures.”
Sipcom will soon move into a purpose-built new facility in The Royal Arsenal, London, which will include dedicated training and demonstration facilities.
