The learning sessions follow on from a series of nationwide launch events after Nimans gained access to Avaya’s mid market and enterprise data proposition - from switches and routers to gateways and firewalls.
Two-day programmes begin on 16th November at Nimans’ Manchester headquarters followed by a similar event at Maidenhead starting one week later.
Nimans’ Avaya Business Manager, Richard Burrage, says the new courses are aimed at sales, technical sales and pre-sales personnel.
“We recognise the learning curve that some resellers face so we have developed a special course to ease them into the world of Avaya data products. Ethernet switching, wireless LAN and network management overviews form part of the content. The sales friendly courses also identify ‘where to go from here’ in terms of gaining Avaya professional certification.”
He concluded: “We want to make it as easy as possible for our business partners to capitalise on the many new revenue opportunities available through our expansion into Avaya data.”
