Panasonic Resellers get connected with new contact centre solution

Nimans resellers have been logging on to learn about a new contact centre software solution for Panasonic systems – and how they can capitalise on new business opportunities.

Dealers from across the country took part in an informative webinar to discover more about a modular suite of applications from CyTrack, spanning call management and UC functionality.

Paul Burn, Heard of System Sales at Nimans says the partnership between Panasonic and third party specialist CyTrack, provides resellers with a new opportunity to take advantage of potentially lucrative revenue streams – in addition to traditional system sales.
