Saecom has been acquired by the Flotek Group, with the entire team joining the company.

The deal marks Flotek’s fourth acquisition over the last 12 months, following the MSP snapping up Gower Business Systems, MazingTree and Cloud9ine Communications.

Saecom was founded in Wales in 2014 and is jointly owned by father and daughter Stephen Evans (pictured above, second from right) and Amy Evans (pictured above, right). It provides solutions spanning guest Wi-Fi, mobile, IoT and VoIP.

Amy Evans will become Flotek Group’s billing manager and Stephen Evans is tasked with growing the telecom arm of Flotek.

Saecom’s specialist telecom services enhance the full turnkey service offering that sets Flotek apart as an integrated MSP.”

Stephen Evans, founder of Saecom, added, “We at Saecom are excited to join the Flotek team, which has established itself as an innovative and exciting figure within the industry.
