In terms of number of employees, Skyscape has grown more than ten-fold in four years, with expectations to double its headcount by the end of 2016. As well as supporting its rapid growth, as demand for assured cloud service continues to grow within the public sector, Skyscape’s ongoing recruitment drive also aims to tackle the technology skills gap. A survey released today by Skyscape Cloud Alliance Partner, EMC, has shown that 97 percent of IT workers said the growth and success of their organisation is reliant on technology, while 79 percent cited their team. 46% percent of respondents also claimed they received training only once a year or more.
