TelXL unveils new customer experience platform

TelXL has announced it is introducing a new customer experience platform, Cxp.

Cxp includes flexible voice-centric, digital-centric and omni-channel CCaaS routes. This is complemented by the Cxp creator proposition, where TelXL works with partners to co-create a package.

The company said its new co-creation approach is designed to enable partners to offer solutions more suited to their customers’ commercial and operational needs, as well as the opportunity to build at their own pace.

Aaron Fox, CEO, TelXL, explained, “We have a vision of every interaction being exceptional between customers and businesses that use our products. That requires a platform that can deeply integrate with other systems and provide efficiency-focused agility that enables teams to work smarter and get more done in a day.”

Fox was appointed CEO in October 2020 and has repositioned the Midlands-based company’s strategy, products and reseller propositions for the business communications and contact centre markets.
