The company says the new service will enable resellers to take advantage of ‘highly available, flexible and competitively priced voice services with greater levels of control to enable quick and easy provisioning for end-users’. THUS adds that following feedback from resellers, WLR3 seeks to address the growing demand for greater ownership and management over the products and services they deliver.
The features of WLR3 include the ability for resellers to simultaneously provision calls at the same time through THUS’ white labelled online portal. The portal also enhances resellers’ control over services with the ability to install and transfer new lines via the portal, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with no complicated forecasting requirements. WLR3 also provides complete equivalence with BT Retail and allows partners to pre-qualify orders to minimise rejection rates as well as schedule engineering appointments for installations or faults in real time. In addition, it gives greater visibility of customer line installation, removing delays associated with transferring and installing lines helping to provide an immediate answer and action.
THUS’ managing director, Stewart Smythe commented: “Having recently undergone a revamp of our channel strategy, truly understanding our partners’ challenges and demands is of great importance to us to help shape the development of our new services. This is evident in our improved services now offering greater controls, better provisioning capabilities and access to systems that report on when lines and features have gone live. We believe this winning combination means our latest Wholesale Calls and Lines provide the highest level of support for our partners’ businesses, and ultimately, helps them to make money.”
