Tollring announces Analytics 365 certified programme

Tollring has introduced a certified programme for Analytics 365 that it says will give partners assistance in becoming product specialists.

The programme will also provide guidance on maximising returns on Microsoft Teams, backed by a comprehensive support and marketing programme.

Analytics 365 is a native app for Microsoft Teams that delivers collaboration, wellbeing and customer engagement analytics. Tollring said offering delivers the data analytics layer for resellers looking to enhance their Microsoft toolkit.

Tony Martino, CEO of Tollring, explained, “Tollring has always had a channel-first approach, so we were mindful that we wanted to support our partners old and new.

“Analytics 365 offers a hugely exciting opportunity. It adds value to a partner’s Teams proposition [and] differentiates them from those offering a vanilla Teams experience.”

Martino added that the offering “ultimately helps to increase revenues from each Teams licence sold”.

Analytics 365 delivers actionable individual insights as well as overall team insights. It provides a series of graphical charts that show communication and collaboration trends and behaviours when people are working in a mix of home and office.

The dashboards aim to make it easy for businesses to understand how to better support individuals, improve interactions both internally and externally as well as drive business performance.

Partners selling Analytics 365 to their customers can access volume-based discounts, monthly consolidated billing, and a choice of currency. All new customers can access a 14-day trial of the app, which is available to download via the Teams store.
