Demand for Customer IAM solutions are at an all-time high, with drivers such as GDPR, PSD2, digital transformation and customer experience improvement demands, making digital identity a central strategic initiative for enterprises across Europe.
To better meet its customer’s local demands and support needs Ubisecure is opening new UK headquarters in London to facilitate expansion into the UK and Benelux regions. A key executive has also been appointed in Sweden to support Ubisecure’s Northern Europe expansion.
The expanded team will be responsible for taking the Ubisecure brand out of the Nordics and across Europe and will focus on establishing local strategic partnerships with System Integrators and VARs to support Ubisecure’s ‘partner first’ market approach. The local offices will provide sales engineering, account management, customer support and marketing / co-marketing support to both partners and customers.
Heading up the new local teams will be Charlie Rowland, a seasoned enterprise sales and marketing executive with strong Identity Management experience. Charlie brings with him a wealth of experience in the IAM ecosystem, and most recently served on the partner advisory committee to a major US based IAM provider where he was able to understand first hand exactly what Partners need from their Customer IAM vendor, and exactly what Enterprises need for Customer IAM deployments. Supporting Charlie in his VP Sales UK & Central Europe Sales role will be Jonathan Clark who joins Ubisecure as Director, UK Sales. As part of the strengthening of Ubisecure’s presence in the Nordics, Rolf Berglund joins to head up Partner Management in Sweden, Denmark and Norway. Rolf previously helped develop Oracles’s partner channel in Northern Europe.
