Microsoft Dynamics integration with aBILLity allows CPs to view important billing data and tariff information within the CRM application, making it ideal for salespeople who should not necessarily have full access to the billing platform. Dynamics CRM is an excellent marketing and prospect/customer management system. When a prospect ‘converts’ to a customer the contact information can be automatically populated into aBILLity.
