Vidicode announces speech analytics solution

Vidicode UK has announced a new enhanced speech analytics solution, VoiceCrunch AI.

The addition of VoiceCrunch AI to the Vidicode platform enhances the speech analytics capability by adding over 40 distinct user-defined criteria for call retrieval.

Users can now search call recordings using words and phrases, as well as silences, sentiments, talk style, tone, and volume. The VoiceCrunch AI solution also adds automatic call transcription capabilities.

Vidicode UK has also unveiled a new logo (below) that signals the company’s aim to provide resellers with call recording and AI solutions.
