Westcon invests to support Partners’ Service Contract Renewals Business

Distributor Westcon Convergence has invested further in supporting channel partners’ service contract renewals business by dedicating a new team to the task.

Westcon Service Renewals Manager Rosa Zielinski heads a new team of eight executives at the Burgess Hill office, focused on overcoming these challenges by delivering timely contract reminders, support and quotations.

With 15 years experience managing vendor renewals, Rosa Zielinski says: “Reseller’s can always achieve growth from their services business and with vendors like Avaya continuously enhancing their solutions, contract renewals deliver partners significant revenues plus offer end users both peace-of-mind and cutting-edge technology.
