Wilkinson is the latest in a number of household names to join the Elite Telecom client base, which includes Interflora, Everton FC and the Tussauds Group.
The family-owned retailer, which employs nearly 24,000 people across the UK, is undergoing an ambitious expansion programme and has chosen Merseyside-based reseller Elite Telecom to provide a solution that enables its thousands of customers to access their nearest store quickly and efficiently.
Elite’s store locator service allows Wilkinson, known for its Wilko brand, to promote a single telephone number that automatically connects any caller to their nearest branch and provides details about the store.
