The services available

ProVu has developed a range of services in four key areas, as below.

  • Project design consultation and pre-sale compatibility investigation: We can help you to plan out a project with product recommendations, set up locations and interoperability testing to ensure your project will meet the requirements prior to purchasing the hardware.
  • Remote installation of IP access control: For those who want to install the kit themselves we can arrange for our technical team to be available at a pre-arranged time to provide remote assistance giving you peace of mind that no matter what difficulties you run into, our team are on-hand to assist.
  • White label installation: We have a team of specialists available to complete the install for you; they will travel to site and complete the install to a high standard.
  • Training: Want to equip your team with the skills to carry out your own installs? We can help train you up to add a new service to your offering and add an additional revenue stream.

Hardware will continue to play an important role in the Channel ecosystem for the foreseeable future. Whilst many people may be going mobile, offices and warehousing cannot.

We are currently enabling freedom for workers with the mobile workforce, and IP Intercoms and access control is just another way of doing this. It does however require hardware and some expertise, but we have looked at the obstacles and have set out to remove these, making it easier to get closer to an automated, work anywhere, anytime offering.

As we edge closer to the ISDN switch off, now is the opportune time to maximise the opportunities out there, but it’s not just desk phones.

The company also has a hosted provisioning platform that can automatically provision devices as soon as the customer connects them. In addition, resellers can control and manage their entire IP phone deployment using ProVu's ProSys phone management service.
