Daisy Partner Business introduces Partner Academy

Training
Daisy Partner Business recently launched its new Partner Academy, a learning platform combining online and live training for partners.

The platform aims to give partners the opportunity to develop their skills in managing their business and people more effectively. Daisy described it as just one of many initiatives that have been designed to help new and existing partners to succeed in a competitive marketplace.

Having always offered its partners training, marketing and technology support in and out of the salesroom, Daisy’s Partner Academy aims to expand on this with structured learning programmes that give resellers and dealers more tools to create a productive and profitable environment.

Rather than generic sales and product courses, the company said that the content takes a more holistic business and management approach.

“I’m delighted that we've had partners engaging in the academy, both in the face-to-face sessions that we've held to date and online,” said Julien Parven, director of Daisy Partner Business (pictured).

“I really hope that the partners are seeing and realising the benefits in terms of being able to take their learnings and invest that in their businesses to help them grow. Ultimately, if our partners aren’t growing, we’re not able to grow ourselves as a business.”

Online training is delivered through the Daisy Partner Learning Portal, a specialised platform with a library of modules to choose from. Meanwhile, live training offers more interactive and tailored teaching.

Daisy Partner Business aims to deliver these coaching and development sessions in-person across the UK as well as virtually, allowing as many partners as possible to attend. The Partner Academy is available to all Daisy partners.
