Evolve IP needed to adapt and streamline its processes due to the increasing requirement for unified communications in line with the growth in flexible working. Evolve IP has over 500,000 users across 73 countries, and partners with tech companies to create UC solutions in response to increasing demands for seamless communications.
The SaaS billing process and requirements for Evolve IP were particularly complex, PRD Technologies said. The wider brief included Forex, multi-currency billing, custom reporting, integrations and data analytics. Evolve sought a dynamic, automated billing system that would reduce the need for manual input, saving time and resources, eliminating manual input and improving efficiencies.
PRD said it was able to tailor its Intelligent Billing platform to meet all of Evolve IP’s current and future billing needs, winning them the contract.

The bespoke Intelligent Billing platform leverages and optimises the functionality of Evolve IP’s other platforms, systems and applications. In a statement announcing the news, PRD confirmed that automations have resulted in a huge reduction in time and resources required on recurring billing administration, and cashflow has reportedly increased by £5-£10k per month as a result of the new efficiencies.
