Dubber Moments was unveiled by Dubber in June. The product provides a snapshot of communication patterns and trends, transforming complex data into understandable intelligence for individuals and all sizes of business.
Anywhere Call Recording, Evolve IP’s call recording platform, already uses Dubber’s network-based speech intelligence and pre-packaged sentiment analysis.
The new functionality offered by Dubber Moments will add voice-based AI to record all calls, chats and videos. Insights from those conversations are then made available to management.
