Tech Data has formed a new distribution partnership with Pure Storage, an advanced data storage technology and services vendor.

With immediate effect, the entire portfolio of advanced data management and storage solutions from Pure Storage will be available via Tech Data.

This agreement looks to give solutions integrators and resellers access to Tech Data’s expertise in enterprise and mid-market solutions, value-added services, and unrivalled business development, logistics, and financial capabilities.

Jason Boxall, senior vice president for advanced solutions, EMEA, Tech Data (pictured), said, “As the capacity needs of large and mid-sized organisations continue to rise, there are tremendous growth opportunities for partners with Pure Storage.

“Its high-performance solutions deliver the quality and reliability that organisations need to support modern hybrid infrastructures and this agreement enables solutions and systems integrator partners to take advantage of Tech Data’s exceptional services, technical expertise and business development capabilities to support the evolving needs of their customers.”

Geoff Greenlaw, vice president, EMEA and LATAM Channel, at Pure Storage, added, “Our partnership with Tech Data will provide our partners with improved access to our market leading and sustainable range of enterprise storage solutions and extend our reach in the UK–which is a vitally important market.

“We will be working closely with Tech Data’s teams to ensure all their partners have access to Pure’s modern solutions and all the benefits of our innovative partner programme.”

Pure Storage’s portfolio of data management solutions looks to deliver what the company calls a “cloud experience”. It helps customers to get the most from their data while reducing the complexity and expense of managing the infrastructure behind it.

The distributor’s entire portfolio is available as storage as-a-service so customers can change data needs at speed and scale, whether they are deploying traditional workloads, modern applications, or containers.
