Tollring unveils AI-based call recording

Tollring has announced it will launch a new AI-driven cloud call recording solution in January 2024.

Record AI will deliver platform-agnostic compliance call recording and intelligent automated analysis of calls.

The solution will initially be delivered on Session Border Controllers for IP networks, Microsoft Teams and Cisco BroadWorks. It will be made accessible to all users within an organisation, not just those in a formal contact centre.

Record AI looks to reduce manual efforts to understand customer sentiment, trends and behavioural patterns. The solution will be available to service providers on a subscription basis, with the option to white-label for brand consistency in the service provider’s portfolio.
