Vincent Disneur to leave Union Street

Vincent Disneur has announced he will leave his role as managing director of Union Street Technologies in April.

Disneur commented, “After 14 incredible years, I have decided to step down from my role as managing director of Union Street Technologies as of April this year. It has been an honour to lead this company and I am proud of all that we have accomplished together.

“As I hand over the reins, I have confidence that Union Street will continue to thrive and grow under new leadership. I am grateful for the opportunity to have been a part of this journey and for the support of my colleagues and partners. I am excited to see what the future holds for Union Street, and I look forward to investing in and developing new companies within the channel.”

Union Street merged with Daisy’s Aurora business in 2020, with Daisy then demerging Digital Wholesale Solutions (DWS) into a separate company in 2021.

DWS, Giacom and Union Street are now part of the same group of companies, with the trio offering the channel telecoms, Microsoft cloud and telecoms billing solutions.

A Union Street spokesperson has confirmed that Disneur’s successor has not yet been named.

They added, “Our CFO Kevin O’Brien will take over many of Vincent’s responsibilities, particularly with regard to managing our operational teams. Other departments will report into the wider DWS group leadership.”
