NTA brings together partners for conference

NTA hosted a partner event last week to showcase its latest solutions.

The conference kicked off with an overview by Luke Grieveson, general manager of NTA, who highlighted the products and services the company has released over the past year.

Notable releases included additions to the exclusive handset range, call recording bundle, and updates to the MobeX softphone.

Grieveson added a MobeX UC Softphone is on the company’s product roadmap. This will be a Windows Desktop application that initially intends to replace NTA’s UC+ express license.

The MobeX UC Softphone will feature the caller's name and number immediately popping up for incoming calls, with the user to then click to answer. Numbers copied to the clipboard will be automatically offered to dial and users can also make a new call by typing the number if you know it.

Marcelo Terres, development manager, NTA, then highlighted the company's commitment to providing partners with a good experience through the unveiling of enhancements to the partner portal. The updated platform also includes user interface improvements and an intuitive design.

Partners were also introduced to tools such as TTS (text-to-speech), TPS (telephone preference service), and transcriptions, which can optimise their services and streamline their operations.

Tom Rogers, marketing manager, NTA, said, “The telephony industry is rapidly evolving, and at NTA, we are committed to staying at the forefront of these advancements. Our partner event conference provided us with an opportunity to showcase how our cutting-edge solutions address the current trends and challenges faced by resellers.

“We believe that by equipping our partners with innovative tools such as the UC integrations, TPS, and call recording capabilities, we are empowering them to deliver exceptional telephony services and exceed customer expectations.”

The afternoon portion of the event featured a range of activities including bubble football, speedboating, and archery. The focal point remained the conference which provided partners with face-to-face interactions with NTA staff, networking opportunities among partners, and an in-depth understanding of NTA's ongoing projects, solutions, products, and services.
