Spirax Sarco, a leader in steam systems have award Gloucester based reseller Axonex the first part of a phased contract to supply services and support to Spirax Sarco’ s several hundred UK users of its IP Telephony system including Axonex Ensure, SmartNET, software upgrades and a business aligned user help desk capability.
Future plans, in development, include the support of both the LAN and Wireless infrastructures, Network management, the installation of Cisco’s Contact Centre Express, Global Active Directory and video conferencing with Cisco TelePresence solutions
