We are publishing a special feature on ‘Adding value with Microsoft’ due to appear in Comms Business July 2024 edition.

Adding value with Microsoft - feature synopsis and questions

The Microsoft ecosystem provides huge opportunity for channel companies, with wraparound services and integrations opening up new possibilities. This feature will provide resellers and MSPs with advice on how they can add value with Microsoft, as well as areas where partners can most benefit from the Microsoft portfolio.

We will ask:
• Will Microsoft’s move to split licenses for Microsoft 365, Office 365, and Microsoft Teams have an impact on the Channel? How?
• Is Teams still providing opportunities for resellers and MSPs?
• Outside of Teams, what big opportunities remain with the Microsoft portfolio?
• How important are Microsoft certifications?
• The CMA is currently investigating the cloud services market, with Microsoft under the microscope along with AWS and Google. What could this mean for the Channel? What might good regulation look like?
• Case studies of channel projects involving Microsoft products.

Submit your answers (up to 750 words in total) to by Friday 31st May 2024.
Market reports are optional and free to contribute towards – you can also choose to pay to advertise around them in the usual way – see our commercial options below.
