ARCC is a fast-growing company specialized in wireless telecommunications networks providing design, rigging, construction, installation and commissioning and maintenance services. ARCC is active on all types of networks (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G) and activities (upgrades, new builds, swaps, decommissioning, etc.)
Headquartered in Birmingham, ARCC has close to 100 employees and is a regular contractor for providers in the wireless telecommunications industry. The business is managed by the three Conway brothers Robin, Andrew and Christopher. The current management team will remain in place and will join the broader Circet Group management team.
This acquisition underpins KN Circet’s expansion into wireless activities in the UK, providing the foundation for delivering competitive end-to-end solutions and services across all network technologies, and is aligned with the DNA of the Circet Group.
