Founded and chaired by Pinky Lilani OBE and hosted by Caspian Publishing and Real Business magazine in association with Shell, the awards celebrate the rising stars of business, the arts, science, technology and media, honouring women aged 35 and under who are making an impact in their chosen fields.

After meeting the judging panel led by HRH Princess Badiya bint El Hassan this month, the finalists will be announced at the awards ceremony which will take place at the London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square on Tuesday 9th November, 2010.
