SBA Systems removes international headache

UK Telecommunications Company SBA Systems are bursting into the market with a new SIM offering, Global Data SIM, aimed at eliminating expensive roaming fees for UK business travellers. The service allows users to consume data when abroad at a fixed price of £59 per 500mb. Having spent a long time negotiating with networks SBA have got a UK exclusive deal on the new SIM which can be used in almost any device offering great versatility.

John Horsman commented on the new offering “The major selling points of the Global Data SIM is that there is no fixed term contract and users can just pay when they need to use it. We have coverage in 127 countries also giving us huge reach and saving our customers money on cross network charges when their phone is roaming, the SIM will just pick up the next available network.”

SBA Systems are also bringing this offering to the channel with the aim of bolstering resellers’ mobile proposition with a completely new service. Horsman said “This product will allow resellers to make 15% margin, which will be reoccurring monthly revenue. On the back end we have an online portal where customers, and resellers, can log in and manage their SIM services. The portal can be branded by the reseller too. Currently this is an exclusive proposition in the UK and will give reseller partners the opportunity to add value to their mobile propositions.”

With global mobile data traffic expected to increase by a factor of 26 by 2015, internet is primed to remain a hot commodity. With more and more business services being offered in the cloud, there has never been a stronger argument for offering data roaming solutions to businesses.
