Hickman has considerable experience in the telecommunications industry, working most recently as Head of Technical Consulting for Telstra International and before that as Head of Pre Sales for PSINet. In addition, James is an associate of many industry bodies and in December 2010 was appointed as an Arbiter for RIPE.
