That’s all well and good, but the review isn’t offered voluntarily, "Customers will immediately be able to take advantage of the Best Plan service if they ask about it when they call us." says Orange.
We like the "don’t ask, don’t get" tactic from Orange.
To give them their dues, Orange will be inviting customers to make use of the service, including details with this month’s bill as well as sending everyone a text message next month. However, not everyone’s going to take advantage, probably something that Orange have taken into account.
