The Best Accessory in 2006

Mobile accessories are important, not just for the extra revenue and the extra value per sale but also because they can build a relationship with the customer – it’s an opportunity to provide sensible advice and offer an add-on with genuine value.
Under the broad heading of ‘accessories’ we covered at a huge range of options, from handset insurance to stick-on phone jewelry, but eight of the top ten user nominations were hands-free car kits – and so is our winner.

Nokia CK-20W

It has all the features of the strong-selling CK-7W car kit (which figures among the runners-up), including Nokia build quality. But this one additionally lets you play your phone’s MP3 tracks through the car’s audio system; it also supports first class route-finding with the Nokia Navigation Pack, as seen in the pic (but available separately).
