In a significant expansion of its partner channel, Aastra has partnered with the IT distributor Westcoast.
The new partnership is part of Aastra’s continued drive to widen and deepen its channel route to market. Aastra has ambitious plans to expand UK market share and its partnership with Westcoast, a leading provider of IT and communication equipment, will bolster Aastra’s growing presence in the channel.
Since its establishment in 1984, Westcoast has become a leading national wholesale distributor within the UK. Westcoast has built a product portfolio spanning the whole computing spectrum, ranging from desktop PC and notebook products through to high end server solutions, network products, printers, peripherals and related accessories and consumables.
Aastra worked with Microsoft during the early development of Microsoft Lync to develop IP phones that are optimized to deliver a truly integrated experience, making Aastra a particularly attractive channel partner for Westcoast.
