As a result of the partnership, ITEC can now offer its partners Agilitas’ expertise across IT inventory management, whilst at the same time, Agilitas can offer ITEC’s wide range of IT services to its partners, alongside inventory management.
ITEC noticed that there was a growing demand in the number of partners looking for additional service offerings, mainly global inventory and logistics services. By collaborating with a specialist partner such as Agilitas, it meant that ITEC customers can take full advantage of this end-to-end service offering by using Agilitas’ expertise across complex IT inventory management.
ITEC and Agilitas decided to build a strategic alliance to expand both companies’ service offerings. Working together means that the two companies can satisfy customers’ requirements for a wide collection of services whilst delivering increased operational efficiencies and enhanced service levels.
Shaun Lynn, CEO of Agilitas comments: “The collaboration enables Agilitas to benefit from an extensive global network of field service engineers who possess local language and cultural knowledge as well as exceptional technical skills and attitude. The quality of end to end services we collectively deliver ensures that our channel partners have the confidence to continue placing their trust in us to preserve their reputation and execute first class IT services on their behalf. ITEC completely reflects our own culture of humanised service excellence and quality of execution; that was one of the main business characteristics that cemented our choice to select ITEC as a strategic global partner.”
Since working with Agilitas, ITEC has been able to increase the size of its customer base. This is at least partly due to the partnership with Agilitas, and the ability to provide more services to its customers.
“Working with Agilitas has helped us to streamline our processes across our global footprint,” commented Brett Green, CEO of ITEC. “One of the core benefits of partnering with Agilitas from an
operations and delivery perspective is in improving efficiencies. Interfacing with Agilitas gives us an
industry leading, end-to-end service proposition.”
Green continued: “The value of the partnership is clear. End users are always looking for supply chain simplification, and ways to do more with a smaller select bunch of strategic partners. Now, we can offer leading professional services and world-class parts logistics from one partner. This gives us a really strong value proposition.”
For Agilitas, the partnership has assisted the company grow its global footprint as it now operates in over 60 countries worldwide and has been able to offer services in new countries around the world.
