AudPro appoints Dudley Southern

In response to its growing base of Channel partners, and requests for a higher level of collaboration between AudPro and its partner network, AudPro has filled the position of Channel Account Manager with the hiring of Dudley Southern.

Having cut his teeth as Head of Client Management with Media Apps Limited and as a Researcher with Robert Walters, Dudley has left his most recent position, as a Product Specialist with Tesla, to take a Senior Leadership position at AudPro.

Dudley Southern commented, “I’m incredibly excited for this opportunity. Customer care has always been a passion of mine and I can’t wait to get to know our network of Resellers, discover their struggles and support them in providing the best Music-on-hold solutions for their clients.”

As Channel Account Manager, Dudley will be tasked with increasing sales from AudPro’s existing Channel partners, discovering their unique challenges and finding appropriate solutions for each one, as well as bringing new partners on board.

For Channel Resellers, AudPro’s services compliment Unified Communications Services and can be easily bundled in with such services to provide a wholistic solution and what’s more, Resellers benefit from a 200% mark-up per recording. Each partner is provided with a host of supporting material, including the recently launched Winter Toolkit, that provides targeted emails and social posts for key dates over the winter months.

Andrew Jones, Managing Director “Having Dudley join the team will help us reach out to our partners more regularly and discover how we can better support them. Dudley’s attention to detail and authenticity will be invaluable as he develops into his new role.”

AudPro’s Music on Hold services are an essential for any operation, no matter their industry or target market. By engaging callers with bespoke messaging that keeps a callers’ attention, businesses can maximise their opportunities and revenue.
