Avaya has made several moves in distribution today by announcing new SMB and Mid Market appointments.
Rocom will be distributing the Avaya SMB portfolio including the Avaya IP Office product range, comprising a complete suite of voice and data communication solutions for small and medium businesses and Avaya one-X Quick Edition, a highly reliable ‘peer to peer’ IP telephony solution ideally suited for small branch offices.

This will be complemented by the variety of additional support available to resellers at Rocom, from its Network Services, Financial Leasing, Reseller-Branded Delivery Service, E-trading Solutions plus much more.
In addition, Rocom’s unique Servassure engineering support capability will enable resellers to benefit from immediate installation and maintenance support of the new systems while resellers’ own resources are trained and accredited.
An extensive launch programme will be rolled out to the channel in the coming months, including regional Avaya reseller seminars, product literature, welcome packs, support material and E-communications.
