Avenir Telecom, UK’s distributor in mobile telecoms, has this week launched the first of its kind, a CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) portal in order to improve the way its dealers monitor their Customer Satisfaction levels.
The white label solution, at www.businesscsi.co.uk, will enable dealers to survey their customers at various stages of their lifecycle: 72 hours after connection and at various other key stages. Customers will answer questions about the level of service they have received and the survey itself will be branded with the dealer’s logo. Dealers then have their own, password protected, log-in so that they can access the results immediately and are able to build on the positives and react to any issues, quickly and effectively.
The portal’s flexibility means that a wide variety of surveys about all aspects of the business can be carried out.
