Billing specialists AKJ are pleased to announce that four members of their team have been recognised with Service Excellence awards. WLR3 Support Specialist, Tom Jasnikowski won his for constant high levels of customer care. Frequently going above and beyond for customers, he regularly receives glowing customer reports which make him a real asset to the AKJ team.
In addition, in-house Trainer, Jeannette Goodred was also on the list, for her dedication to training customers all across the UK as well as taking ownership of the free online Master Classes. Jeannette consistently delivers training to such a high standard that customer feedback is always exceptional and positively appreciative.
Another member of the team to be recognised for their efforts is IT Manager, Marc Turner. Marc has worked tirelessly over three months to install, configure and bring to operation a new infrastructure hosted in a state-of-the-art datacentre. This has involved months of working outside normal hours, which Marc has done on top of his normal duties in supporting customers on a day-to-day basis.
Sally Ainsley, Head of Account Management, has also been recognised with a prestigious Leadership Award from Alternative Networks. Sally says ‘Thanks to everyone who put my name forward, it’s such an honour to win this award. I’m thrilled to bits!’ Sally has worked for AKJ for 12 years, but has in recent years headed up the Account Management team, specialising in excellent customer service with an outstanding knowledge of the Affinity CRM system.
