Blackbox Solutions says it is pleased to announce its partnership with one of the UK’s fastest-growing telecoms providers, TelcoSwitch.
Colin Griffin, Managing Director of Blackbox Solutions, said: “We are thrilled to have partnered with TelcoSwitch, a truly innovative company that is really disrupting the business communications market by providing the world’s most complete telephony platform.
“This partnership will give Blackbox Solutions access to a comprehensive integrated suite of telecoms products including VoIP telephony, conferencing, mobile, broadband and contact centre features, ensuring we can provide our clients with the best software and hardware solutions, tailored to their business’ needs.
“Not only are we now able to offer high quality cloud-based telephony, we are able to do so under a simple, flexible business model that will dramatically improve our service. Additionally, the partnership will enable Blackbox Solutions to increase our revenue, as we will maintain control over the customer relationship and service, including billing. That flexibility simply isn’t possible with most of the more established telecoms providers.”
A relative new-comer to the UK’s telecoms market, TelcoSwitch launched in late 2015. The service is delivered exclusively through a dedicated partner programme which has expanded rapidly. The company’s flagship product, CallSwitch, offers end-to-end Cloud telephony services, providing a Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) delivery model that ensures a complete telephony solution from start to finish.
Paul Gibbs, Sales Director at TelcoSwitch (Pictured), said: “We’re pleased to partner with Blackbox Solutions, a company that shares our ethos and vision for the future of the business communications market. Our intuitive platform, combined with the benefits of our partner programme, is proving very popular and has the potential to really shake-up and challenge leading competitors in the unified communications landscape.
“Our service is delivered exclusively through a dedicated partner program offering a range of partner packages to suit all types of resellers, whether they require a ‘fully managed’ service or they have their own resources to implement our platform to their customers.”
Combined with other TelcoSwitch products, which provide business mobile services, an ISDN solution and high availability broadband, the company’s approach provides businesses with all their voice, broadband and data communications needs.
