Broadcaster BSkyB is rumoured to be in exclusive talks with broadband provider Tiscali over a deal that could be worth up to 450 million pounds.
Sky is believed to be the frontrunner in the race to acquire Tiscali's UK business after Carphone Warehouse withdrew. Tiscali has been up for sale since a strategic review was conducted in February.
