BT recently unveiled a vision of the 21CN where customers will have greater control over the services they receive by being able to customise, personalise and change services in real time. The selection of Ubiquity’s SIP Application Server (SIP A/S) and Service Creation Environment will help BT to deliver on this vision by enabling BT to rapidly develop and deploy a range of next generation voice and multimedia services using standards such as SIP Servlets and Parlay-X on a single common capability platform.
