Business app ‘Fuze’ announces integration with Slack

Unified Comms
Business communications app Fuze, today announced a new integration for collaboration tool Slack. The new integration is designed to simplify enterprise communications, enabling users to seamlessly toggle between the two platforms when moving from a Slack conversation to a Fuze call or meeting.

This integration brings together Slack’s collaboration technology with Fuze’s enterprise UCaaS solution. This includes the integration of Slack commands and the ability to escalate from a chat to a live conversation, in Fuze, with one-click simplicity.

As the global enterprise evolves, organisations must support workers across diverse industries, backgrounds, and skill sets with tools that enable digital inclusivity and cross-functional collaboration.

Commenting on the new integration, Jed Brown, senior vice president of product at Fuze said, “By empowering employees with the freedom to use the communications and collaboration tools they find most effective, delivered through a fully integrated and seamless user experience, we are helping drive new levels of productivity at enterprises across the globe.”

“By integrating with Slack, we are enhancing workers’ existing collaboration capabilities, so teams can spend less time scheduling meetings and more time driving innovation within their business.”
