Voiceflex has launched launch Call Recording in the Cloud (CRC) whereby any inbound or outbound calls routed over Voiceflex SIP trunks can be recorded.
Any calls inbound geographic and non-geographic numbers, and all outbound, the recording is against the SIP trunk and not the number.
Voiceflex says the application is ideal for customers who don’t want the expense of an in-house system or the system doesn’t support call recording and add that CRC is a cost-effective; web based easy to use application to suit companies large and small.
Users pay for what they use and Voiceflex levy a small additional charge for inbound and outbound calls.
With regards to web based: Calls recorded can be viewed, listened to and down loaded at any time. Calls recorded within the calendar month they are made will be stored without any additional cost. If storage is required by Voiceflex after the calendar month a storage cost will apply.
