Channel Telecom, the provider of business telecommunication services to the UK channel, has appointed Peter Cresswell as Operations Manager for the company. In his new role Cresswell will provide support including technical expertise to Channel Telecom’s channel partner community. Previously Cresswell was a Technical Support Manager for Union Street, Channel Telecom’s preferred billing solution supplier.
As Operations Manager Cresswell will offer expert guidance and assistance to Channel Telecom partners that require support on technical issues including service provision and billing. “I see my role as making sure our channel partners know how to use the systems we provide and can speak with them about issues they may be having.”
Channel Telecom says it offers a wide choice of leading voice and data network services for its channel partners to market to customers. The company considers its focus on proactive account management as one of the key strengths of its channel proposition.
